LightWork with Lou

Louise has always believed that healing begins with connection.

Her journey has taken her from teaching in the classroom as a secondary school teacher, to performing around the world with STOMP, and eventually to discovering the incredible power of bodywork – more specifically Reflexology and Reiki. Looking back, every chapter has taught her something about people and our remarkable resilience. She understands how easily we can become accustomed to living in a constant state of stress, until it simply becomes our normal.

LightWorkWithLou was created from a simple intention: to offer people a space to slow down, feel supported, and reconnect with themselves.

About Louise's Practise
Life can feel heavy at times. Whether you're navigating stress, anxiety, acute or chronic health concerns, fertility, pregnancy, grief, burnout, or simply the demands of everyday life, Louise's treatment space is somewhere the load can be shared. Her hope is that every client leaves feeling lighter than when they arrived. This is where any treatment that I have received over the years has seemed to have a lasting impact.

Louise's approach combines physical bodywork through Reflexology (feet, hands and facial) and Lomi Lomi Massage with the gentle support of Reiki energy healing, allowing her to work with each client holistically. No two bodies are the same, and for that reason no two treatments are ever the same. Every session is thoughtfully tailored to the individual, supporting both the physical body and the energetic self to encourage deep rest, balance and healing in whatever way is needed most.
Over the past decade, Louise has created wellbeing experiences that bring together holistic therapies, creativity, community and nourishment. From delivering funded reflexology workshops to making complementary therapies more accessible, to curating women's half-day retreats alongside talented chefs exploring the relationship between food and wellbeing, each experience is created with intention.
Inspired by her Irish heritage, Louise has also partnered with the London Irish Centre to honour seasonal Celtic traditions through workshops celebrating culture and community.
It would be a privilege to welcome you into her treatment space and support you on your wellbeing journey.
Solas agus grá,
Louise x
