Soft Tissue Therapy uses an array of techniques to treat the body to bridge the gap between a massage that you may receive in a spa and a treatment that you may receive from an Osteopath, Physiotherapist or a Chiropractor.  Equally Soft Tissue Therapists can offset the work of other therapists because something injuries may not need Physio but some hands-on-work would really help out.  Some of the things you may experience in soft tissue therapy.

Equally you could come to me specifically for one of these things (I do give a great massage).  However  If you know you really want cupping with massage or if you would like needling with massage then it would also be great for you.  Equally if you have pain and you're not sure what you need you can you can always email and ask.  Should you require more extensive work and if something you have may need somebody who can diagnose then a Soft Tissue therapist can refer you on to somebody more specialised.
