It is particularly effective for addressing issues related to overuse, injury, or chronic muscle tension.

Medical Acupuncture
Medical Acupuncture is a therapeutic technique that combines traditional acupuncture principles with modern medical knowledge. It involves the insertion of fine, sterile needles into specific points on the body to relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and promote healing.  Medical acupuncture is grounded in evidence-based practices and is effective for treating a wide range of conditions, including musculoskeletal pain, headaches, and chronic conditions. It aims to stimulate the body’s natural healing processes and restore balance to the nervous and muscular systems.
Myofascial Cupping
Myofascial cupping is a therapeutic technique that combines traditional cupping with modern myofascial release principles. It involves placing suction cups on the skin to create a vacuum effect, lifting the underlying tissues to improve blood flow, release muscle tension, and reduce fascial restrictions. This technique helps break up adhesions in the fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles) and promotes healing by enhancing circulation and lymphatic drainage. Myofascial cupping is commonly used to relieve pain, improve mobility, and support recovery from injury or overuse.
