Complex Cases in Soft Tissue Therapy in Central London

When you've tried the usual routes and something's still not right.

Sound familiar?

You've seen the physio. Maybe an osteopath or chiropractor too. You've done the exercises, had the scans, followed the advice. It helped — or it didn't — but, maybe something's still off?

You're not looking for someone to replace your medical team. You're just wondering if there's something... else.

Why Soft Tissue Therapy?

Physios, osteopaths, and chiropractors have a different skillset to me. They've trained longer and sometimes they can diagnose. I'm not here to compete with that.

But here's the thing: their appointments are often short. Their caseloads are heavy. And soft tissue work — the slow, detailed, hands-on kind — isn't always what they have time for.

That's where I come in.

I'm not a replacement for clinical care and Central London is full of Massage and Soft Tissue Therapists. I'm the person who has an hour or more to work on you. To feel what's tight, what's guarding, what's compensating. To ask about the surgery you had five years ago, or the scar you've forgotten about, or the stress you're carrying in your shoulders.  The sleep you might not be getting, and that extra training session that may be pushing you over the edge.

Sometimes the missing piece isn't a diagnosis. It's time and touch.

What I Offer

I offer soft tissue therapy in the hear of central London. I take a full history — not a two-minute intake form. I want to know what's been tried, what helped, what didn't, and what no one's asked you about yet.

I work with the whole picture. Pain in one place often connects to something elsewhere — an old injury, a scar, a compensation pattern, tension you didn't know you were holding. I'm trained to notice those connections.

I use whatever techniques fit. Deep tissue, myofascial release, dry needling, ScarWork, trigger points. Not because I think I know better than your physio — but because our approaches are different.

And I'm honest. If I don't think I can help, I'll say so. If I think you need to go back to your GP or see a specialist, I'll tell you that too.  I'm know when I'm not the right fit.

Who This Might Suit

People who've had treatment that helped but didn't fully resolve things. People with multiple things going on — injury plus stress plus old surgery plus life. People who feel like they've "tried everything" but wonder if something's been missed. Performers and athletes whose bodies are under complex, unusual demands. Anyone who just wants someone to spend proper time with their body and really listen.

I'm not promising a fix. I'm offering another perspective — and a pair of hands with time to use them.

What To Expect

First session is 75 minutes. We need time to talk and time to work. After that, 60 or 90 depending on what's useful.

Some people come weekly for a while, then less often. Some come once and get what they needed. There's no package, no protocol — just whatever actually helps.

Pricing

Initial session, 75 minutes — £95 Follow-up, 60 minutes — £95 Follow-up, 90 minutes — £130

Regent Street, Central London
