At SMT, Serena has a passion to ensure that everyone has access to the support and services she offers. Throughout her career, she has volunteered at various charities, leveraging her skills to serve underserved communities. While these organisations play a vital role, many individuals who require access to professional support, remain unaware of or disconnected from these resources.

 

Recognising this gap, Serena has created a way for those in need to connect directly with her.

SMT is pleased to announce the reintroduction of Saturday Soul.  Saturday Soul is a referral scheme designed to extend the practice’s reach to individuals who may not otherwise have the means to afford therapy or who may feel uncomfortable and/or unsafe in a traditional clinical setting but could greatly benefit from SMT's services.  Any person being treated through the referral scheme will be treated free of charge ad appointments will be on a Saturday.  Depending on availability a treatment plan of up to 6 appointments may be available, but not guaranteed.

There are no rigid conditions to access Saturday Soul, it is not means based; the core principle is one of trust.

Referrals can come from a variety of sources, including GPs, clinicians, family members, or friends. Please ensure that the referral clearly states the reason for the need for support. If there is a diagnosis, kindly include this information as well.
